- Exit M6 at Junction 15.
- Take the 3rd exit on the roundabout onto Newcastle Rd / A519.
- At the Traffic Lights, continue to follow A519.
- Pass through Cotes Heath.
- Do not follow Sat-Nav left onto Cotes Lane, continue to follow the A519.
- Turn next left in 0.7 miles onto Birch House Lane, signed Swynerton Gate 4
- Continue to follow Birch House Lane for 0.5 miles and you will find Birch House Lane Industrial Estate on your right-hand side.

- Exit M6 at Junction 14.
- Take 1st Exit on the roundabout onto the B5013, signed Eccleshall.
- In 5.2 miles take the 2nd exit towards Slindon and Mill Meece.
- In 3 miles go over the railway bridge at Mill Meece, follow the A519 for 0.5 miles and turn right onto Birch House Lane, signed Swynnerton Gate 4.
